In the Netherlands K3 Business Technology Group PLC is present with two entities. K3 Software, our business unit focusing on developing industry-specific software solutions, and K3 Retail | Global Accounts, our business unit which develops and implements ERP solutions to one of the world’s most well-known retailers.

You are

Being our Corporate Recruiter means you are responsible to the recruits of both business units. Since our core business is IT, your main task is to recruit IT professionals with specific expertise in terms of both technical skills (mainly Microsoft Dynamics NAV or AX) and industry knowledge (f.e. proven understanding about processes in the retail and/ or fashion industry). You can imagine the challenge of recruiting a scarce candidate profile in a highly competitive labor market; a challenge you are not afraid to tackle.


Over the past 1,5 year quite a lot has been achieved in terms of setting up internal procedures, optimizing job descriptions and maintaining a continuous hiring process, but there is still much to do. Since you are the only Corporate Recruiter, you’ll get a lot of opportunity to come up with creative ideas to reach out to the target group, including the execution of an effective search strategy and maintaining and extending our referral strategy (together with our Marketing Manager). Another topic on the calendar for next year is our first Young Professional Program, including all recruitment activities.


Specific tasks and responsibilities you’ll experience in your daily business are;

  • Conducting job intakes and defining job descriptions
  • Actively search for and approach candidates, mostly by (but not limited to) using LinkedIn
  • Creating and maintaining a pipeline of future candidates
  • CV selection and conducting first (pre) interviews
  • Manage the full interview/ hiring process in cooperation with the hiring manager, the business and HR


We ask

  • At least a completed Bachelor degree
  • At least four years of experience in recruitment, preferably at both agency and corporate side of recruitment
  • Proven successful in and enthusiastic about sourcing and hunting (IT) candidates
  • Fluent, both spoken and written, in at least the English language
  • Ability to work independently


In addition to the above you have a flexible work attitude. Since our offices are not limited to the Netherlands, and both colleagues and candidates can be based in other time zones, you are flexible (if needed) to conduct Skype meetings outside the normal office hours.
